:: my praise ::

words by Jeffrey L. Brown

music by Carolynne H. Brown

Lord, You gave us mighty mountains.
They stand firm and true.
You churn the deepest seas and calm them with Your voice.
You placed a polished sun in a golden sky that has no finish line.
Lord, You gave us all these gifts, now take them back in praise.

Let my praise be more lofty
than any mountain that's been climbed.
Let my praise be more roaring than the seas.
Let my praise bless you more than the warmth of the sun.
Like thundering waters fall,
Lord, let me fall before You on my knees.

Lord, You gave us mighty words that stand firm and true.
You churn the deepest hearts with Your loving voice.
You will place a polished crown on our heads forever
in time that has no finish line.
Lord, You gave us all these gifts,
now take them back in praise.

Let my praise be more lofty
than any mountain that's been climbed.
Let my praise be more roaring than the seas.
Let my praise bless you more than the warmth of the sun.
Like thundering waters fall,
Lord, let me fall before You on my knees.
